Our goal is to guarantee quality excellence and safety for the health of consumers, through the constant improvement of a quality culture and a methodological approach that is capable of governing and managing every phase of the process. In CLAS, attention is paid not only to what you do, but also to how you do it, to ensure maximum reliability and best satisfy each of our customers, creating value by innovating. CLAS has created and adopts a food safety plan, compliant with European / American / Canadian standards, which it uses as an effective tool for prevention, preparation and self-verification activities through rigorous procedures….

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANALYTICAL PLAN
  • 1Checking of raw materials and primary packaging on acceptance
  • 2Checking of the production process from all points of view (grinding, pasteurization, interception systems and verification of the presence of potential foreign bodies)
  • 3Checking of the finished product
  • 4Incubation check to verify the commercial stability of the product
  • 5Checking of the labelling and packaging phases
  • 6Checking the shipments
CHECKS, TESTS AND TIMELY ANALYSIS
  • Verification of the shelf-life of new concept products, also using accredited external laboratories
  • Ageing checks of the products of the already consolidated recipes regarding the performance of the food and packaging
  • Organoleptic analysis and periodic panel tests.
  • Blind-tests performed cyclically to verify the constancy and quality of the products made.
  • Comparative analysis on competitor products (comparative organoleptic properties).
  • Monitoring of chemical contaminants, pesticides and microbiological parameters in accredited laboratories.
