To anticipate the needs of a highly dynamic market, we develop more than 300 new recipes every year - at least 25-30 of which are regularly put into production - capable of satisfying the new market trends and the most attentive needs of each consumer.
Among the standard recipes currently in production - the Pestos (alla Genovese with and without garlic, Sicilian, Calabrese, red, aubergines and peppers, garlic, oil and chilli pepper), Bruschettas (tuna, olives, peppers, tomatoes, grilled vegetables , mushrooms), the Creams (artichokes, dried tomatoes, green and black olives, tuna, porcini mushrooms, rocket) and the Sauces (walnuts, green, spicy). The production of excellence is the Pesto Gourmet unpasteurized with Genoese PDO Basil, produced with genuine and high quality ingredients.
Among the new trends, the Organic Line and the Vegan Line, recipes developed in parallel with the significant growth of the number of vegetarians and vegans in Italy.
