The fields in which our basil grows

The passion for what we produce has prompted us to exercise maximum control over the entire production process.

Therefore we have set up our farm, a few km from our headquarters.

In this way we can directly follow the entire basil supply chain, from the seed to the finished product and work in the factory with a fresh product, harvested a few hours ago.

The basil used in our recipes comes only from the areas most suitable for sowing, located exclusively in Northern Italy.

Our basil comes from conventional agriculture or, when required, from organic agriculture.


One of the winning features of CLAS is

the production of Pesto alla Genovese pesto in the land where the

product finds its origins: Liguria.


The possibility of using fresh basil gives the product additional added value, both qualitative and commercial.
