Possibility of making pesto using fresh basil in Liguria: one of the winning features of CLAS is the production of Pesto alla Genovese in the land where the product has its origins. The possibility of using fresh basil gives the product additional added value, both qualitative and commercial.


Clas produces pestos, creams, sauces, bruschettas in practical glass jars of different sizes, suitable for every need. Production flexibility is also evident in the variety of recipes: around 300 are studied each year to respond and anticipate market requests.
